1. Registreren

Je kunt altijd veilingen bekijken zonder geregistreerd te zijn, maar om te bieden moet je je eerst hier registreren. Eerst wordt je e-mailadres en een wachtwoord gevraagd. Je e-mailadres wordt gebruikt om je een activatielink te sturen waarmee je je account kunt activeren. Zodra je op deze link in de ontvangen e-mail klikt, wordt je account geactiveerd en kun je inloggen.

Vervolgens controleren wij je registratie. Je ontvangt een e-mail zodra wij je registratie hebben goedgekeurd. Vanaf dat moment kun je ook een bod uitbrengen, kavels volgen, enz.

2. Informatie per kavel

Per kavel vind je alle informatie, zoals:

• Titel en beschrijving
• Kavelnummer: het nummer van de kavel
• Categorie: de categorie waartoe de kavel behoort
• Een of meerdere afbeeldingen van het te veilen product
• Aanvullende informatie zoals afmetingen, certificaat van herkomst, etc.

3. Navigeren en zoeken

Je kunt op drie manieren navigeren:

1. Je kunt een veiling selecteren vanaf de homepagina. Vervolgens krijg je een overzicht van alle kavels binnen die veiling. Dit is de beste optie als de kavels tegen het einde van de veiling één voor één aflopen.
2. Je kunt een categorie selecteren via het menu. Vervolgens krijg je een overzicht van alle kavels binnen die categorie.
3. Je kunt zoeken via de zoekbalk bovenaan de pagina. Zodra je een zoekterm invoert, verschijnt er een overzicht van alle kavels waarin deze zoekterm voorkomt in de titel en/of beschrijving.

In het kaveloverzicht kun je filters aan de linkerkant gebruiken om de zoekresultaten te verfijnen. Je kunt ook op een kavel klikken om meer informatie te bekijken op de detailpagina van de kavel.

4. Kavel volgen

Je kunt kavels volgen door op de ster te klikken die verschijnt wanneer je met de muis over de kavel beweegt, of in de rechterbovenhoek als je een kavel hebt geopend. Een overzicht van alle kavels die je volgt, vind je onder Mijn account > Favoriete kavels. Alle kavels waarop je hebt geboden, worden hier automatisch aan toegevoegd.

5. Je account

Je kunt je wachtwoord, e-mailadres en adresgegevens altijd wijzigen via Mijn account > Instellingen. In de navigatiebalk aan de rechterkant vind je het volgende menu:

• Mijn gegevens
• E-mailadres wijzigen
• Wachtwoord wijzigen
• Nieuwsbrief
• Taalinstellingen
• Contact
• Notities (hier kun je je eigen notities maken)

6. Kosten

Naast het bedrag dat je biedt, betaal je ook veilingkosten over de gekochte goederen. Het percentage veilingkosten bedraagt 30% premie.

7. Algemene voorwaarden

Je kunt de verschillende voorwaarden vinden in de voettekst onderaan de website. Je kunt ook hier klikken.

1. Register

 You can always view the auctions without having to be registered, but to bid you must Register here first. First your email address and a password are requested. Your email address will be used to send you an activation link to activate your account. As soon as you click on this link in the email received, your account is activated and you can log in. We will then check your registration. You will receive an email as soon as we have approved your registration. From that moment on you can also place a bid, track lots, etc.

2. Information per lot

You will find all information per lot such as:

• Title and description
• Lot number: the number of the lot
• Category: the category to which the lot belongs
• One or more images of the product to be auctioned
• Additional matters such as dimensions, certificate of origin, etc.

3. Navigate and search

You can navigate in three ways.

1. You can select an auction from the home page. Then you will get an overview of all lots within that auction. This is the best option if the lots are going to end one by one toward the end of the auction.
2. You can select a category from the menu. Then you will get an overview of all lots within that auction.
3. You can search via the search bar at the top. If you enter, an overview will be displayed with all lots where the relevant search term occurs in the lot title and/or  lot description.

In the overview with lots you can apply filters on the left to make the overview smaller or to narrow the search results. You can also click on a lot in the overview. Then more information about the lot will follow in a lot detail page.

4. Track lot

You can track lots by clicking on the star that appears when you move the mouse over the lot, or in the top right corner if you have clicked on a lot. You can find an overview of all lots you are following under My account > Favorite lots. There are also automatically all lots on which you have bid.

5. Your account

You can always change your password, email address and address details by going to My account > Settings. In the navigation bar on the right you will find the following menu:

• My details
• Change email address
• Change Password
• Newsletter
• Language settings
• Contact
• Notes (here you can make your own notes)

6. Costs

In addition to the amount you offer, you also pay auction costs on the goods you purchased. The percentage of auction costs is 30% premium.
